Missing is more than a word

She holds my heart like fragile glass
unwilling to let it drop or break
and i hope the times and sand of the hourglass
never run out
locked up in a room with just a window but shes not here to see
to see what a wreck i am without her
running daily business so routine just like a bee
i wonder where id be without her
i found the one that will put up with my bullshit through and though
never realizing how hard a thing like that is to do
but she finds it worth it to try and worth it for my heart
and i will do everything to never prove her wrong
cause i breathe to wake up and see her face
to wake up in her warm embrace
shes never what i expected or could imagine
but when i found her she was more than i could imagine
i would do anything for her heart and selfishly
i often think of me
but i wanna spend everyday with her
and would never leave without her
for she was the piece i was always missing
no parental blessing
but i delight in knowing i will never be missing
