off the dome

While i smoke my smokes
just to get away
live life to its fullest they always say
but things are harder than they seem
right here right now
is this a sign
am i just watching it all past by my eyes
picking up bad habits along the way
is this the way home
i am so unsure
so lost
now anywhere is home
the flame burns out and its back to square one
but i am not done
i just find myself reaching for another one
